Soluna Cove was born from something deeply personal—a belief that none of us are meant to simply survive our way through life.

We created this together because we’ve both experienced the weight life can carry. We know what it feels like to push forward, to carry things quietly, and to keep showing up even when life gets heavy.

But we also believe there is incredible strength in healing, letting go, and discovering what’s still possible on the other side.

That’s what Soluna Cove represents to us.

It’s more than breathwork. More than sessions. More than a business.

We want to create a place where people can put down what they’ve been carrying, reconnect with themselves, and realize that their past does not have to determine their future.
